Back to School and Back on Track!

  • If your child is not yet enrolled in some type of fall sport/activity then sign them up today. It’s never too late!
  • Now is the time of year to schedule a regular time for family physical activity throughout the week.
  • If within a reasonable distance, have the whole family walk, skip, jog or run to school/work instead of driving.
  • Be sure that the entire family’s immunization shots are up-to-date: If not, make the appropriate arrangements with your family physician.
  • Talk to the physical education teacher about your child’s physical education program and how you can provide support.
